All the students and teachers in Tanghu Elementary School were happy to welcome the traditional class chorus competition. And the vice president ,Zhangxiang, delivered a speech for this festival.

    These students came from Grade 1 to Grade 5 and they were glad to have this opportunity to show their talent and their growth.

As old saying goes ‘life needs singing just as live needs sunshine’. Chorus can give us passion, courage to live a happy life and strengthen our ambition. The songs were chose from the music textbook and the popular songs for children and the students of Grade 3 to Grade 5 sang the national anthem. Every class made a chorus and a student conductor stood in front of them. The standards are ‘beauty, harmony,unification, cooperation, innovation’. The class which had a performance will be given prizes for their harmonious voice, great talent, self-confidence. And the best student conductor and the great teacher giving guidance will be elected.

This chorus contest has achieve three goals: 1.The students in Tanghu Elementary used this platform for singing and they improved their singing abilities and they will love singing better. 2. The leaders can check the quality of music education through this contest. 3. This activity can enrich the campus life of the teachers and students and more confident and happy students appeared.

      Aesthetic education was achieved in the classroom. And the 32th art festival has got a great success due to the detailed preparation of the Moral Agency, the students’ great performance and the teachers’ cooperation.
